The Emirates Drifting Team, is a sports team that was founded in the beginning of 2011. This team has achieved and participated in several events so far that took place locally in the UAE, in the Arab region and internationally as well and were able to accomplish advanced positions in the competitions. These achievements were accomplished by the teamwork and cooperation of the Emirates DT . In addition to, the talented Emirati Drifter Ahmed Al Ameri.

Mission & Vision

Our mission is to engage in the midst of Local, GCC Regional competitions and even International competions to the extent that is possible. In addition, our Vision is to be the first  drifitng team representing the United Arab Emirates, which is managed by the youthful leaders of the UAE, and to achieve advanced and yet honorable positions for us and our beloved country.

Our Services

In light of the evolution of the drifting sport in the Gulf Region and the Arab world. We are the pioneers of this sport in the UAE Therefore, it is our duty to carry your brandto reach a sophistacted level, and at the same time support the local youth talent. We, Emirates DT are the proffesionals at doing so and take our youngsters to reach this goal.

Our Star

Ahmed Omran Al- Amri was born in the United Arab Emirates in the emirate of Abu Dhabi on the date of 7/10/1984. Because of Ahmed's working conditions, he had no choice but to move to Japan after he completed highschool in 2002. Ahmed stayed in Japan for seven years, from 2002 to 2009. Ever since Ahmed was a child he had this obsession and extreme passion for cars. Therefore, throughout the period of residing in Japan, which is considered to be the 1st country worldwide that founded the Drifting Sport and this is how Ahmed's passionate journey began. So, he began learning and practicing drifting until he became an expert and professional. He continued along this joyful path until he decided recently to return back to his homeland the UAE, and Ahmed was full of perseverance and determination to support this fascinating sport in order to familiarize it to the the UAE and the Arab Region.

In 2010, Ahmed took his first footsteps in performing the Drifting Sport in the UAE. He was very motivated in taking this step forward and went through a lot of preparation for this special, soon to be achievement. He upgraded his car with the necessary requirements and amendments all of which were characterized with the latest Japanese technology. Ahmed was never hesitant at all, and once he was aware about the UAE Drifting Championship he didn't waste this opportunity and took part in this competition. In addition, Ahmed also achieved the 1st place position in the SSK Championship, which took place in Yas Marina Circuit. He also won first place also in the Red Bull Car Park Drift Championship that same year, and this is what prompted him to embark on the establishment of the Emirates Drift Team.
